The separate living/dining room enjoys a private atmosphere and abundant natural light. It comes with large windows, a comfortable sofa and a dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay.
Both bedrooms are provided with a double bed, large wardrobes for storing your belongings and interior-facing windows.
The bathroom comes with a shower and large storage space.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with a lift and it’s provided with Wi-fi connection and heating.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
