Located on the first floor of this singular building with lift, the apartment stands out for its great luminosity and large windows with excellent insulation.
Upon entering the flat we find a large modern design living-dining room with incorporated kitchen and a long high bar serving as a dining table that separates the spaces. The sofa, convertible into a double bed, has been selected for its great aesthetics and comfort.
Next, the rest of the rooms are distributed in an orderly manner from the hallway. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the other shared bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has a shower. Both bedrooms have been decorated with great taste with the demanding client in mind.
