The apartment is in a listed building known as “La Casa de los Lagartos”, a striking modernist building with original sculptures of reptiles on the cornice. An unbeatable choice.

Renovated and decorated in great taste and style, it is ideal for lovers of open, warm, bright spaces.
This spacious 140 m2 apartment is a real delight. There are two large double bedrooms and it can sleep six. It has all the latest mod cons: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating and air conditioning throughout, as well as Smart TV and Internet.
It is on the first floor of this unique building with a lift and is flooded with light through its large windows providing great isolation.
As you enter, there is a large, modern living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and a long breakfast bar visually separating the two zones. The very comfortable, stylish sofa turns into a double bed.
The other bedrooms are off the corridor. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, and the other shared bathroom, off the corridor, has a shower. Both bedrooms have been decorated in superb style.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
