Excellent apartment located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Madrid, located on Calle Santa Feliciana, very close to the emblematic Plaza Olavide. Quiet area, unbeatable services nearby. All the services, commerce and leisure that a neighborhood like Chamberí offers. Excellent access to public transport by bus and metro Iglesia (L1), Bilbao (L1 - L2) and Quevedo (L2). Very close to main streets such as Luchana, Eloy Gonzalo, Pº de Eduardo Dato, Rafael Calvo and Plaza de Chamberí.
Apartment:
Located in a classic building on the 3rd floor with eight balconies facing the street that provide the apartment with great light. The building has an elevator.
The house consists of 120m2 approx. Distributed in living room, 2 bedrooms, American kitchen and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite. The very spacious living room has a large sofa, separate dining table and Smart TV.
From the living room there is access on the one hand to a large American kitchen with views of Santa Feliciana street, and on the other hand to a corridor that distributes the rest of the rooms in the house. The main room has a KingSize bed and the second room with two single beds.
Spaciousness, design and light are the main characteristics of this fabulous apartment.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
