Very close to main streets such as Luchana, Eloy Gonzalo, Pº de Eduardo Dato, Rafael Calvo and Plaza de Chamberí.

From the living room there is access on the one hand to a large American kitchen with views of Santa Feliciana street, and on the other hand to a corridor that distributes the rest of the rooms in the house. The main room has a KingSize bed and the second room with two single beds.
