Located in a classic building on the 3rd floor with eight balconies facing the street that provide the apartment with great light. The building has an elevator.
The house consists of 120m2 approx. Distributed in living room, 2 bedrooms, American kitchen and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite. The very spacious living room has a large sofa, separate dining table and Smart TV.
From the living room there is access on the one hand to a large American kitchen with views of Santa Feliciana street, and on the other hand to a corridor that distributes the rest of the rooms in the house. The main room has a KingSize bed and the second room with two single beds.
Spaciousness, design and light are the main characteristics of this fabulous apartment.
