Located in the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most sought-after areas in Madrid, very close to calle Juan Bravo, calle Alcalá and the Avenida de América. Next to the Lista and Diego de León metro stations, offering great connections to the rest of the city. An area bustling with restaurants and shops, right next to a lovely park.
The apartment:
A well laid out apartment offering ample space and maximum comfort, thanks to a balanced mix of functionality, style and versatile folding furniture.
The apartment enjoys a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 8 people; it is fully equipped and offers great value for money.
It comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 1,60m double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with three comfortable folding bunk beds.
Both bathrooms have a shower unit and have been recently refurbished with clean, sleek lines.
The living area with open-plan kitchen comprises a spacious lounge with two sofas and a dining area with table and chairs to gather with your fellow travelers and enjoy a great meal. Both areas are comfortable and welcoming.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Please note you have to walk down a few stairs entering the building in order to access the lift.
It has Internet connection and everything you can possibly need for a perfect stay in Madrid.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 220 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The baby crib is subject to availability.
