The building's entrance provides access to a glass door (exclusively for guests of apartments Patio I and II) that opens to the building's inner courtyard. The apartment door is located on the left, after descending a small step.
The apartment, characterized by an impeccable innovative design, surprises with its aesthetics, comfort, and convenience.
It has two rooms and two full bathrooms with shower. It features a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities: wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot about 180 meters from the apartment.
