The La Latina neighborhood is one of the most charming and lively areas of Madrid thanks to its narrow streets, typical of its origin as a medieval Islamic fortress, with numerous tapas bars and taverns. Two of the most tourist spots in this area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafes and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and silent atmosphere thanks to the good insulation of the property and its location in the interior part of the building.

It is located on the Fifth floor of a building with an elevator and has four bedrooms with a double bed each and two full bathrooms with a shower.
The living room area has a Smart TV and a pleasant and modern decoration. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave among other appliances. In addition, it has an elegant wooden dining table with space for eight people.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
