Bright and spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
Although it is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good isolation.
Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of them have a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, independent from the living room, is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances.
The house has two bathrooms with a shower, one located at the entrance and the other accessible from the night area.
The building has an access ramp to the portal, elevator and concierge.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
