Located on the 5th floor of this building with a lift, an apartment of 25 square metres and capacity for 2 people distributed in an open multifunctional space.
The main room is very spacious and gives a pleasant feeling of comfort.
There, several environments are combined: a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary and an attractive central high table, a large armchair to sit on, a sofa and a rest area with a very comfortable double bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts.
The apartment is very bright thanks to its large window that spans the entire wall. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
The kitchen has a microwave oven.
