It is also located very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and El Retiro Park.
The studio:
This beautiful and cozy studio features a modern design in which each element is carefully selected to optimize space and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.
Upon entering, the first thing you notice is a feeling of spaciousness, thanks to the open layout that integrates the kitchen, living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed in a single space.
Its elegant open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. The living room has a double sofa bed and a Smart TV. The studio also has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower, offering functionality, style and comfort to our guests.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
