Located north of Madrid, Valdeacederas is a neighborhood in the Tetuán district, currently one of the most developed sectors of the city and a great attraction for families with great access to all types of gastronomic and cultural services.
Its location close to large areas such as Chamartín and a magnificent transport connection make it a very attractive area for tourists and residents.
Apartment:
This cozy studio with capacity for up to 3 guests is located on the ground floor of the building.
The efficient distribution of space combines the kitchen, living room and bedroom areas in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant environment. It has a space for rest where there is a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed and a modern dining table.
Likewise, the studio has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and different appliances.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: in order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
