Located on the fifth floor, this cozy studio with capacity for 4 people combines in one space the magnificent and well-distributed living room, the dining area, and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.
This accommodation has a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has a fully furnished terrace.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
