Located on the first floor, this cozy apartment for 2 people, has a bedroom, living room, and a full bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well distributed living room consists of a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
In addition, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.
The room is spacious and cozy, with a comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has lots of natural light.
The apartment has an outdoor space that includes a fully furnished terrace.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will take place in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: For reservations of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental agreement will need to be signed.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
