Close to most tourist attractions, in a shopping and leisure area close to “the Golden Mile”, with the most exclusive stores in Madrid. Ideal for enjoying the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment:
Newly built apartment (2016) in a refurbished building: brand new!
This apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and can accommodate 6 people. It is designed and equipped to make efficient use of space and offer maximum comfort thanks to high-end furniture and equipment.
The dining room has a table for 6 people. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds (two of them are foldable and integrate a practical desk). All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses.
The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have a large shower with thermostatic control, 350 liters of hot water and an electric towel rack.
There is fiber-optic Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
Transportation:
Metro: Next to Manuel Becerra station (250m) — (lines 2 and 6)
Public parking: 250m away (Calle del Dr. Esquerdo, 8).
BiciMAD: station 108, 400m away.
The apartment measures 56m2.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.

Located in a high-quality building, this apartment meets any expectations you may have: a central location well connected to all of Madrid; being in a safe area with nice surroundings and a service area; having good quality to have comfort and being fantastically equipped.
In the Chamberí area, it is a new building, on a wide street with large sidewalks and not too much traffic, well renovated and decorated. Equipped with a lift and internet.
The Apartment:
It has 2 double bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, as a large and comfortable double sofa bed has been placed in the living room along with an individual armchair.
Upon entering the apartment, we find a large open-plan space where the living room and open kitchen with a glass bar-style counter for eating with high stools have been arranged. Modern furniture reminiscent of a New York apartment due to the combination of materials and grey, black and white tones. Very elegant. A large Smart TV from which you can connect to the internet or rent 3D movies.
Then the hallway from which the two bedrooms and two bathrooms branch off. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, one under the other. It is a very modern and safe structure that unfolds a bed upwards when in use. Very practical to make the most of the space. Then a bathroom with a shower. And at the end of the hallway the main bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 and a complete bathroom with a built-in shower. The bedroom overlooks a bright inner courtyard that offers great tranquility and comfort. A delight!!!
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.

Besides being historically one of the most traditional residential areas in Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in Madrid, thanks to the tranquillity it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairground.
It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. In the area, there is also the Canillejas park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the famous Metropolitano Stadium, training base of Atlético Madrid, one of the best teams in Spain.
Likewise, this area has a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).
