This is a building situated on Bravo Murillo street, which has an excellent location especially for visitors staying in Madrid for short periods, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the iconic Torre Picasso skyscraper is located; El Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most comprehensive in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offerings and an impressive life where tradition and modernity blend.
The apartment:
This cosy apartment with capacity for up to 4 guests is located on the fifth floor of the building.
It is distributed over two floors, the ground floor combines kitchen and living areas in the same environment, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed, ensuring a functional, warm and pleasant atmosphere.
On the second floor of the apartment, we can find the bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
This space opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant environment.

The building is undergoing interior renovation work.
