This apartment is right in the centre of Madrid, only five minutes from Gran Vía and San Bernardo streets and Plaza de España, in a trendy young neighbourhood surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and cafes.
From the apartment you can walk to most places of interest in Madrid: starting from Plaza de Callao you can walk to Puerta del Sol, eat some tapas in Plaza Mayor and from there explore the neighbourhoods of La Latina and Las Letras until you reach the Museo del Prado.
The apartment:
A very bright duplex apartment that can sleep six.
The most striking feature of this apartment is undoubtedly the superb decoration and furniture, which will make you feel right at home… or even better!
It is in a very well-conserved building with a lift from the mezzanine floor.
On the lower level, there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a bright kitchen in a modern open space with lovely decorative features: a golden frame around the television, the world map on the wall and the pop-style cushions all combine to create a charming space with its own personality.
On the upper level, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. These quiet bedrooms with sloping ceilings each have a fitted wardrobe, side table and full-length mirror.
On the same floor there is also a full bathroom with bathtub and a quiet private terrace, the ideal spot to take in the superb views over the Madrid rooftops.
The apartment has an Internet connection and air conditioning throughout.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be delivered directly to our offices in Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to meet you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
