The refined and welcoming Senator apartment is in the heart of historic Madrid, only five minutes from the Palacio Real and Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Palacio del Senado de España. The warm and welcoming Senator apartment features carefully selected furniture in pastel shades and modern, functional decoration that will delight guests looking for charming accommodation in Madrid.
The elegant, spacious living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo system and original decorative features that add a touch of distinction to the room, such as the zebra-printed rug and orange lamp that brilliantly sets off the large, fully equipped kitchen.
Both bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes. One overlooks the street; the other, an inner courtyard.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
There is free Wi-Fi internet.
Perfect for two couples, a family or group of friends looking for a top-class stay in Madrid.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 320 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
There is no air conditioning.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
