This apartment is situated in a central and high-end residential area, next to the Institute of Business and other important business centres, making it an especially suitable choice for monthly work stays.

The apartment is located in a renovated building. It is interior-facing and has a view of a characteristic interior courtyard with a gallery.
Although it does not have a large size, its spaces are very well distributed and can accommodate 4 people in two double rooms and a living room with a sofa bed.
The smaller room, very versatile, can be used as an office or bedroom as it is equipped with a fold-down bunk bed and a fold-down work table. This room has a window overlooking another interior courtyard.
The main bedroom, with a simple and cosy style, has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
The living room enjoys a pleasant atmosphere and offers a double sofa bed, a low table for eating, and a built-in cabinet for the television.
The kitchen is well-equipped and adds a touch of joy to the home with its yellow-toned decoration.
The bathroom has a small corner shower.
The apartment is equipped with Internet and air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.
