Its exceptional location in the centre of Madrid allows you to reach in just a few minutes many of the city's most emblematic places such as Gran Vía with its hundreds of businesses and iconic buildings; the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Santa María la Real de la Almudena; Plaza de España; or Puerta del Sol, where the Royal Post Office is located, whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain, and the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, a symbol of Madrid for residents and tourists.

This neighbourhood, moreover, has an excellent public transport connection with the entire city centre district and the rest of the city, highlighting its proximity to the San Bernardo, Plaza de España and Noviciado Metro stations and the dozens of bus lines that pass through the area.

The apartment:

This spacious five-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a building and has capacity for ten guests.

Your welcoming environment guarantees a pleasant stay for all its occupants. The common area of the flat stands out for an elegant and modern dining table with space for 10 diners, which in turn harmoniously integrates the American-style kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the comforts necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay.

The modern design of the flat includes personalised decoration in each of the five bedrooms, to give each room its own character. Each bedroom features a spacious double bed.

Likewise, the apartment has three full bathrooms equipped with showers, two of them located in the hallway of the bedrooms and the third within the main living area to provide an extra degree of comfort to our guests.

The accommodation has access to internet and an individual gas boiler.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration for each guest prior to access to the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to motor vehicle traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.

This accommodation is located just a few steps away from Madrid's Gran Vía, one of the most emblematic streets that crosses the city centre and is part of the city's most important points of interest.

Combines architectural history with modern life, offering a wide range of activities for visitors, highlighting the well-known Madrid Broadway due to the concentration of theatres and cinemas; as well as iconic landmarks such as Callao Square, Spain Square, Puerta del Sol and dozens of bar and restaurant options.

The Apartment:

This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.

It features two spacious living rooms. One of them has a double sofa bed and also integrates the dining area, while the second living room stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa for sharing moments with the whole family.

It consists of four bedrooms divided as follows: the main one offers a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and also features a spacious loft accessible by stairs leading to a space specially designed for work; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; the third room offers a cosy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that in turn has a double bed ideal for small families wishing to share the space; whilst the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with toilet and shower tray perfect for privacy, and is also equipped with laundry appliances.

Furthermore, the apartment has an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have sufficient space for washing facilities.

For its part, the modern fully equipped kitchen features a luxurious island with a ceramic hob and a natural feature wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.
This accommodation includes WIFI, a cot, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and 3 televisions (one in the living room and two in bedrooms).
