The apartment:
Located on the basement level (you need to go down 1 floor by stairs) of the building, it has a stunning patio and can accommodate 6 people.
Designed and equipped to efficiently use the space and offer maximum comfort. Complete furniture and high-end equipment.
It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 bunk beds, all with 28cm memory foam mattresses.
To access the main bedroom, it is necessary to go through the room with bunk beds.
The living room has folding bunk beds that, when closed, create a spacious desk, as well as a single sofa bed for the seventh occupant.
The dining area has a table for 7 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable stay.
It has 2 comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en suite, both with spacious shower with thermostatic control, 450 litres of hot water and electric towel rail.
The flat has WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms.
Transport:
Metro: Next to the Avenida de América interchange. América (50m) – (lines 4, 6, 7 and 9)
Public parking: Interchange 50m away (Avenida de América, 11).
The flat measures 45m2.
