For the guests' comfort, when occupancy is lower, the apartment has been furnished with folding bunk beds that create a wide desk. By enhancing the spaciousness of the environments, versatile, pleasant, and cosy rooms are obtained.
The living-dining room has an individual sofa bed for the fifth occupant and also has a table for 6 diners.
The kitchen integrated into the living room has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.

Transport: At the metro stations you mention Lista (400m) and Diego de León (300m), but I would add Manuel Becerra (300m), which is closer than Lista and adds line 2 that goes to Sol and/or Ventas (300m) and has lines 2 and 5. It is really in the centre of those 4 stations, none of them are right next to it, but it has all 4 very close. It has access to lines 2-4-5-6. By mentioning Diego de León (4-5-6) and Manuel Becerra (2) you already have the same lines.
