A residential area of Madrid with a lot of tradition, central and very well connected to any part of the city thanks to being situated next to Príncipe Pio train and local train station, direct access to the city's ring road, next to large avenues and beautiful green spaces such as Madrid Rio and Parque del Oeste one of the city's green lungs and a fantastic place to do sports and take walks. This apartment is located a few minutes' walk from the city's historic centre, Plaza de España, Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens. A safe area with a good atmosphere.

A charming apartment that will make you feel at home. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and has capacity for up to 6 people distributed in a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.
It has a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway to serve the second bedroom and living-dining room.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and kitchen utensils.
