A residential area of Madrid with a lot of tradition, central and very well connected to any part of the city thanks to being located next to the Príncipe Pio train station, direct access to the city ring road, next to large avenues and beautiful green spaces such as Madrid Rio and Parque del Oeste, one of the green lungs of the city and a fantastic place to play sports and walk. This apartment is located a few minutes walk from the historic city center, Plaza de España, Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens. A safe area with a good atmosphere.

A charming apartment that will make you feel at home. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator and has capacity for up to 6 people divided into a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.
It has a main room with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a second bedroom with two single beds. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom with shower is located in the corridor to serve the second bedroom and living room.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and kitchen utensils.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
