The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Calle Alcalá with Calle Arturo Soria, an originally popular neighborhood in Madrid known as Pueblo Nuevo that has increasingly adapted to the times with new constructions of housing for younger people looking for areas well connected to the city center and their workplaces. Calle Alcalá, just a few meters from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the north of Madrid, in addition to arriving in just minutes and in a direct line to Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid. Located on the 3rd floor of this building with elevator, an apartment of 40 square meters and capacity for 4 people distributed in two rooms and a complete bathroom with a shower. The living room, magnificent and well distributed with a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable and cozy single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its large wall-to-wall window. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and fully equipped with everything you need. Through the corridor of the living room, we enter the part of the bedrooms. The rooms, very elegant and cozy, have a comfortable double bed with bedside tables, another room has a single bed with a small desk and both rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The windows of the rooms face the interior patio and face south, which is why they are very quiet and have plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
