The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Calle Alcalá with Calle Arturo Soria, an originally popular neighborhood in Madrid known as Pueblo Nuevo that has increasingly adapted to the times with new constructions of housing for younger people looking for areas well connected to the city center and their workplaces. Calle Alcalá, just a few meters from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, in addition to arriving in just minutes and in a direct line to Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid. The living room is very cozy and is made up of a dining area with the kitchen and a rest area with two comfortable single sofa beds and a SmartTV that will allow you to connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The living room is also very bright thanks to its large wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen has everything you need to fulfill your culinary fantasy. The space in the bedroom is very well used, it has a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and direct access to the splendid and spacious terrace where you can take advantage of the good weather in Madrid.
