This apartment is ideal for all types of visitors and especially recommended for executives or people who need to stay a few months in Madrid.

Located on the ground floor of the building, this apartment with views of interior courtyards offers great tranquillity and exclusive access to a large terrace patio equipped with outdoor furniture for private use by guests.
Please note that to access the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.
It is an apartment with capacity for 4 people distributed in two private rooms with a double bed in one of them and another with 2 single beds. In the living room, a double sofa bed has also been arranged.
Decorated in an elegant and warm way, both the furniture and the combination of warm colours inside achieve the desired comfort and cosiness for a pleasant stay.
A complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower, in addition to an independent water system.
The apartment has a central heating system in the building, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment.
