In its surroundings you will find not only one of the most beautiful urban parks in Spain where you can do sport every morning or take a walk, but it is also an area surrounded by the best and most sought-after bars and restaurants that in recent times have become a benchmark.
From the apartment, and Menéndez Pelayo street which borders the Retiro, or Ibiza metro just a few metres away, you can access any point in the city in a short time. This apartment is ideal for all types of visitors and especially recommended for executives or people who need to stay a few months in Madrid.
The Apartment:
Located on the ground floor of the building, this apartment with views of interior courtyards offers plenty of tranquillity and exclusive access to a large patio terrace furnished with outdoor furniture for the private use of guests.
Please note that to access the apartment you have to go up a flight of stairs.
It is an apartment with capacity for 4 people distributed in two private bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and another with 2 single beds. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed.
Decorated in an elegant and warm way, both the furniture and the combination of warm colours inside achieve the desired comfort and cosiness for a pleasant stay.
A complete bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus an independent water system.
The apartment has a central heating system in the building, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment.
