In this area, known for its exclusive offer of high standing, has many of the most famous restaurants and stores in the city. In addition, you can walk to several of the most important museums in Madrid, enjoying its cultural heritage.
The apartment:
This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator that reaches the mezzanines and has capacity for up to 6 people.
Characterized by its classic French style, with original moldings on walls and ceilings that match an elegant wooden floor, this apartment stands out for being the perfect option for those looking for comfort, style and luxury in the same place.
The spacious living room, which also integrates the dining room space, has beautiful natural light thanks to its three wonderful French-style balconies with exterior views. It has two double sofa beds, a Smart TV and several armchairs and decorative details that give it a modern and pleasant character for all our guests.
The apartment has three double bedrooms and three complete bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite. The main room has a double bed and the other two rooms have two single beds each. In the bedrooms you can enjoy a lot of stillness and silence thanks to their location on the interior side of the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential items such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and other appliances. It also has a large round dining table, perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.
This accommodation has WIFI connection, television, heating and ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds (two of them are foldable and integrate a practical desk). All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses.
The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have a large shower with thermostatic control, 350 liters of hot water and an electric towel rack.
There is fiber-optic Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.

Besides being historically one of the most traditional residential areas in Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in Madrid, thanks to the tranquillity it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairground.
It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. In the area, there is also the Canillejas park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the famous Metropolitano Stadium, training base of Atlético Madrid, one of the best teams in Spain.
