The Apartment:
Located on the second floor of the building, this bright apartment with a private terrace offers guests great tranquillity thanks to its comfortable atmosphere. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and access to the terrace. The dining area is separated from the rest of the common space and has capacity for six diners.
This accommodation has capacity for six people distributed in three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed each, and the third with two single beds, another with 2 single beds. It also has two full bathrooms, one of them inside the main bedroom and the other with convenient access for all guests from the apartment corridor.
The modern and elegant decoration with a minimalist and very clean style generates an atmosphere of comfort and perfect comfort for a pleasant stay. Its spacious kitchen has all the necessary equipment and appliances for an extraordinary stay.
The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms and spaces of the apartment, except for the dining area.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have a large shower with thermostatic control, 350 liters of hot water and an electric towel rack.
There is fiber-optic Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
