Description
This welcoming apartment, located in the very city centre, is without doubt, a terrific choice for those who want to spend some unforgettable days in Madrid.
The Apartment:
Prepared for 6 people, this apartment offers lots of comfort and light within its 85m2. Its rustic though elegant decoration is ideal for visitors who are fond of sloping ceilings.
The living room, where the decoration is based on red and white and with an orange wall, to offer warmth and spaciousness has a plasma TV and a DVD, as well as air conditioning. Next, we find the dining room, very simple but also bright. Then, right next to it, we see a play zone, a very singular detail that can be appreciated by families with small children.
Both bedrooms have double beds and as can be seen from the pictures, they are comfortable rooms where visitors can relax after a busy day in town.
In an area that for those who love the oriental style may be the most interesting feature of the apartment, there is a futon where two people can sleep.
The bathroom, with white and blue tiles and a bath/shower combination completes the layout of this lovely apartment.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 100 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
