The apartment is located next to Atocha Street, just a few minutes walk from Mayor Street, Recoletos Promenade or Santa Ana Square, in an area in full renovation process. Through its streets, Madrid's people and the most typical places of the city blend with shops, theaters, trendy bars and restaurants of all kinds. The apartment: This apartment is located in a building without an elevator that has been completely renovated in 2019. The renovation carried out has made great effort to preserve and highlight the original construction elements that are part of Madrid's tradition and charm. The apartment is located on the first floor and has capacity for 8 people. The apartment door is accessible through a beautiful interior balcony with views of the building's courtyard. Characterized by an impeccable innovative design, the apartment surprises with its aesthetics and comfort. It has 3 bedrooms separated by glass partitions up to the ceiling that provide spaciousness to the space. At night, curtains ensure maximum privacy. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and one with two separate beds. The living room has a double sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc... For a pure luxury stay. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot about 180 meters from the apartment. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi, or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
