This apartment is part of a building completely renovated in 2019 without an elevator, where great effort has been made to preserve, highlight, and add color to the original construction elements that are part of Madrid's tradition and charm.
The apartment, with an impeccable innovative design, will surprise you with its aesthetics, comfort, and great convenience. It is located on the ground floor of the building.
