The Apartment:
This apartment is part of a building completely renovated in 2019 without an elevator, where great effort has been made to preserve, highlight, and add color to the original construction elements that are part of Madrid's tradition and charm.
The apartment, with an impeccable innovative design, will surprise you with its aesthetics, comfort, and great convenience. It is located on the ground floor of the building. It is a studio-type apartment, with two rest areas separated by curtains that provide privacy, each with a double bed, a double sofa bed in the living room, and two full bathrooms with shower. It has a total capacity for 6 people.
The apartment has all the amenities, Wifi, Air Conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
For a pure luxury stay.
This apartment does not have a private parking space. However, you will find a public parking lot about 180 meters from the apartment.
