Through its streets, the people of Madrid and the most typical places of the city mix with shops, theaters, trendy bars and restaurants of all kinds.

This apartment is located in a building without elevator that has been completely renovated in 2019. The reform carried out has made great efforts to preserve and highlight the original construction elements that are part of the tradition and charm of Madrid.
The portal of the building gives access to a glass door (for the exclusive use of the guests of the Patio I and II apartments) that opens to the interior patio of the building. The door to the apartment is on the left, after going down a small step.
The apartment, characterized by an impeccable innovative design, surprises with its aesthetics, convenience and comfort.
It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park about 180 meters from the apartment.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
