The minute you walk through the door of the building you will thrill at the decoration: meticulous attention has been paid to every last detail and it strikes a perfect balance between conserving the old and incorporating new technologies. The entrance hall leads to a flight of stairs and a new lift decorated with elegant lined wallpaper.
The building is fitted with a handy magnetic-key system, offering the same security as a hotel.
The Apartment:
Designed with three clear attributes in mind: comfortable, practical and stylish. This wonderful three-bedroom apartment has been carefully crafted to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. The spacious living room has a separate dining table and a large double sofa bed opposite a latest-generation 3D smart television. The kitchen is by the entrance next to the living room. Fully equipped and very confortable. After the living room there is a corridor to the three bedrooms, with capacity for two people in each one. The first two look out over a bright inner courtyard and have a cutting-edge-design truckle bed that can either be left as a single bed or opened up to form a bunk bed. A safe, comfortable solution. The main bedroom at the end of the corridor includes a bathroom with a modern, good-sized shower. It has a double bed and looks out into a very quiet well in the building. The apartment has another bathroom with the same features as the other one. A high-speed internet connection is included in the price.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 50 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
