The apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room that opens out onto a fantastically positioned terrace that catches the sun almost all day long.
Thanks to the outside furniture and a removable awning, you can enjoy this great spot all year round — a real treat! The apartment is decorated in style with high-quality furniture and delicate pastel colours, with careful attention paid to every last detail to create a comfortable and practical space. A very large double bed of 180cm can be converted into two single beds if you wish.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and washing–drying machine, amongst many other handy household appliances. The flat is fitted with air conditioning and double-glazed windows to ensure it is warm and quiet. It also has an internet connection, smart TV and state-of-the-art 3D audiovisual technology — amazing luxury you won’t find anywhere else.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 50 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
