In the Chamberí area, it is a new building, on a wide street with large sidewalks and not too much traffic, well renovated and decorated. Equipped with a lift and internet.
The Apartment:
It has 2 double bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, as a large and comfortable double sofa bed has been placed in the living room along with an individual armchair.
Upon entering the apartment, we find a large open-plan space where the living room and open kitchen with a glass bar-style counter for eating with high stools have been arranged. Modern furniture reminiscent of a New York apartment due to the combination of materials and grey, black and white tones. Very elegant. A large Smart TV from which you can connect to the internet or rent 3D movies.
Then the hallway from which the two bedrooms and two bathrooms branch off. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, one under the other. It is a very modern and safe structure that unfolds a bed upwards when in use. Very practical to make the most of the space. Then a bathroom with a shower. And at the end of the hallway the main bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 and a complete bathroom with a built-in shower. The bedroom overlooks a bright inner courtyard that offers great tranquility and comfort. A delight!!!
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The building has been renovated in 2023.
