From the apartment it is really quick and easy to move to other parts of the city thanks to its privileged location from where you can walk or use public transport.
Apartment:
Located on the second floor of the building, this bright apartment with a private terrace offers guests a lot of tranquility thanks to its comfortable atmosphere. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and access to the terrace. The dining space is separated from the rest of the common space and has capacity for six people.
This house has capacity for six people distributed in three rooms: two of them with a double bed each, and the third with two single beds, another with 2 single beds. It also has two full bathrooms, one of them inside the main room and the other with easy access for all guests from the apartment's hallway.
The modern and elegant decoration with a minimalist and very clean style generates an atmosphere of coziness and comfort perfect for a pleasant stay. Its spacious kitchen has all the necessary equipment and appliances for an extraordinary stay.
The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump in all the rooms and spaces of the apartment, except the dining area.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
