Its exceptional location in the center of Madrid and its excellent connectivity allows you to reach emblematic tourist sites of the city such as Plaza de España, Gran Vía and Sol in just a few minutes.
Apartment:
This spacious apartment can accommodate up to eight guests and is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
The accommodation has three wonderful rooms with a double bed, two complete bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. One of the bathrooms is located in the main room and it has a wonderful French-style balcony.
The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and exquisite modern-style decoration that, together with the two beautiful French-style balconies, give distinction, light and a lot of style to the entire space. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay, also integrates a high bar-style dining table for the greater comfort of our guests.
The house has Wi-Fi.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be delivered directly to our offices in Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to meet you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of EUR 50, which must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
