This neighbourhood also has an excellent public transport connection with the entire central district and the rest of the city, highlighting its proximity to Bilbao metro station, L1, a direct line to Puerta del Sol.

The Apartment:

The kitchen, modern, functional and fully equipped, is separated from the living room by an open wall that creates a fluid connection between both spaces. The absence of a door allows natural light to flow continuously, integrating the kitchen into the living room environment without interrupting circulation. It has the latest technology appliances.

The main bedroom, which emanates elegance and serenity, where every detail invites relaxation, has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, completely modern, which incorporates an exclusively designed shower.

The second bedroom is equally spacious and equipped with two single beds. The space is decorated with a palette of neutral colours and modern finishes, offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

The additional bathroom has a contemporary design shower and high-quality finishes that provide functionality and style.

Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to apartment access. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR to be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted road traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal Traffic General Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
