A place where cultures from all over the world have always coexisted and which in recent years has gained greater prominence thanks to the recovery of its premises, shops and new accommodation by young and enterprising people living in the area.
From the apartment you can easily walk to both the most important cultural sites of interest in the city, such as the Reina Sofía Museum and the Prado Museum, and iconic places such as La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via.

This charming apartment with capacity for 4 people is equipped with a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with items such as a fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The living room, elegantly integrated into the kitchen space, has a comfortable double sofa-bed, modern and artistic decoration, a television and two wonderful exterior balconies that bring freshness and lots of light to the apartment.
Coinciding with the minimalist character in which the space is fully used, a custom-made table has been built in the living room furniture, which can be installed and uninstalled at the client's convenience.
The cozy room overlooking the quiet inner courtyard of the building has a comfortable double bed, under which there is a custom-made walk-in closet. In addition, the apartment has a comfortable full bathroom with shower.
There is air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: With the aim of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50.

It has one bedroom with a double bed and the living room also has a double sofa bed thus allowing for a capacity of up to 4 people. The combination of the wall paper and the soft grey colour along with the timber flooring create a very homely atmosphere. The furniture is well selected and fits perfectly with the tones of the apartment. The apartment has a long and wide corridor, furnished with 2 puffs, a table, a built-in cupboard, and a mirror. At the end of the corridor, you will find the bedroom. The bedroom has a separate bathroom, a comfortable high-quality bed, two bed tables with lamps, and a mirror. The bathroom is completely renovated. In general the Puerta del Sol III apartment is very spacious, with many windows and plenty of natural light.
