The apartment is exterior.
Soaked in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.
The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, washing machine and oven among other appliances.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
