Walking around the apartment is a real delight. The Plaza de Santa Ana and the Huertas neighborhood, the Atocha station or the Retiro park are only 5 minutes away. Surrounded by hundreds of places to enjoy the best tapas and Spanish food.

The apartment is located inside a noble Mid-century building with a doorman. To access it, you go through an interior corridor that leads to a beautiful elevator.
It is located on the fourth floor of the property, has capacity for 3 people and has a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa-bed that integrates the kitchen, giving style and making the most of all the space on the floor to perfection.
It has a spacious and comfortable room with a double bed, custom wardrobe, television, air conditioning, ceiling fan and heating. The window of the room overlooks the interior patio of the building that enjoys great tranquility.
The apartment has a complete bathroom with shower, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
