This area of the city is known for having a noble character typical of classic Madrid. The apartment is located very close to the Palace Hotel, the Ritz Hotel and the well-known Las Cortes building, and a few steps from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Prado Museum.
Walking around the apartment is a real delight. The Plaza de Santa Ana and the Huertas neighborhood, the Atocha station or the Retiro park are only 5 minutes away. Surrounded by hundreds of places to enjoy the best tapas and Spanish food.
Apartment:
The apartment is located inside a noble Mid-century building with a doorman. To access it, you go through an interior corridor that leads to a beautiful elevator.
It is located on the fourth floor of the property, has capacity for 3 people and has a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa-bed that integrates the kitchen, giving style and making the most of all the space on the floor to perfection.
It has a spacious and comfortable room with a double bed, custom wardrobe, television, air conditioning, ceiling fan and heating. The window of the room overlooks the interior patio of the building that enjoys great tranquility.
The apartment has a complete bathroom with shower, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: With the aim of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 to be paid in cash.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
