The Apartment:
This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.
It has two spacious lounges. One of them has a double sofa bed and in turn integrates the dining area, while the second lounge stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa to share moments with the whole family.
It consists of four rooms divided as follows: the main room offers a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and also has a spacious loft accessible by stairs leading to a spatially designed workspace; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; the third room offers a cosy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that in turn has a double bed ideal for small families who wish to share the space; while the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with a toilet and shower tray perfect for privacy, and is also equipped with laundry appliances.
Moreover, the apartment features an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have sufficient space for personal hygiene.
On its part, the modern fully equipped kitchen features a luxurious island with a glass-ceramic hob and a natural vertical wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.
This accommodation has WIFI, cot, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and 3 televisions (one in the living room and two in bedrooms).

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

The living/dining area comes with a single sofa bed, a pull-down double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 dining tables that seat 10 and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to enjoy a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms: a double with a double bed and a room provided with one single bed, a bunk bed and two pull-down beds that turn into a handy desk. All beds are equipped with memory foam mattress (28 cm).
The apartment has 2 modern, comfortable bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), both provided with a large shower with thermostatic mixer, 500 litres hot water storage and heated towel rails.
