The bedroom has a spacious double bed and has space to store clothes and personal belongings, ensuring comfort to our guests.
The apartment also has a spacious and modern bathroom with a shower, ideal for allowing yourself a moment of relaxation.
The home has internet access, an exclusive community pool with a garden open in the summer season and a fully equipped community gym with 24-hour availability.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of EUR 50, which must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
