This modern apartment is located on the ground floor, has a private patio and can accommodate 4 people.
Designed and equipped to efficiently use space and offer maximum comfort. Complete high-end furniture and equipment.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, all with a 28cm memory foam mattress.
For the guests' comfort, the folding bunk beds turn into a spacious desk.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed for the fifth occupant and also has a table for 6 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has 1 modern and comfortable bathroom, with a spacious shower and electric towel rail.
It also has a patio, for exclusive use, equipped with a breakfast area and a table for 4.
The apartment has fiber optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms and high-end memory foam mattresses.

Due to the renovation of the building, unfortunately the courtyard cannot be used. The works will last until autumn. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard -
The Alcalá apartments are in the Ventas neighborhood, near the Plaza de Toros and right in the middle of Calle Alcalá, the main artery of the district that, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and shops.
