This cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, has a separate entrance from the side of the property and can accommodate up to two guests.
Its modern decoration with avant-garde design offers an atmosphere of comfort to the entire accommodation. The wonderful living room, which also integrates the practical fully equipped kitchen, has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa.
The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, which also has access to a private terrace, ideal to enjoy at any time of the day.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
