The Bernabeu Place apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the most fashionable districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offer; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana ; also the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, Real Madrid's training base.

This area also has outdoor spaces such as the Berlin Park, the Garden of Fine Arts and the Alfonso XIII Park; imposing and modern office buildings such as the financial center of the four towers.

Its strategic location allows a quick and comfortable connection with the center of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Via).
It is also close to the Chamartín station, with regional and suburban train lines.

Cozy apartment is located on a building with an elevator and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people.

It has a large bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed, and a comfortable and modern bathroom with a shower.

The home has internet access and has air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.

The building is undergoing renovation works on the exterior of the property until autumn 2024.

The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at the end of October, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise surveillance system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.

This apartment is right in the centre of Madrid, between the neighbourhoods of Los Austrias and La Latina, in the oldest and loveliest part of the city. It has an unbeatable location in Plaza de Cascorro off Calle Duque de Alba, a few metres from Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. El Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the area around the apartment, when the streets are closed to traffic until midday.

La Latina is a must-see neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with lots of bars, tapas restaurants and sites of artistic interest. Strolling along its narrow streets is a delight. It is within easy walking distance of Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen and Jardín Botánico.

The apartment:

The apartment is on the fifth floor of the building with a lift that retains its original features: it houses five apartments decorated in traditional style with great charm.

The renovations have brought out all the style and charm of this 35 m2 attic flat with sloping ceilings. It is the perfect apartment for families with kids or a couple looking for a hideaway. Every nook and cranny has been put to good use to offer the utmost in design, comfort and peace and quiet to groups of up to four people. Decorated in pure bohemian chic style, with brightly coloured furniture with ethnic touches, wallpaper and natural materials that will charm guests.

The first room you enter is the living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and double sofa bed. A wall with an opening separates the living room from the sleeping area with bed to create two separate spaces with a degree of privacy.

The apartment has internet access, smart TV, soundproofed windows and air conditioning throughout.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Remember it is not allowed to leave garbage in the apartment. You will be charged 50€ if you leave more than two bags of rubbish in the apartment.

Therefore we kindly ask you take out any garbage the night before your checkout.

Please note that there is a EUR 30 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
