The building is undergoing renovation works on the exterior of the property until autumn 2024.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

It has an unbeatable location in Plaza de Cascorro off Calle Duque de Alba, a few metres from Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. The combination of the wall paper and the soft grey colour along with the timber flooring create a very homely atmosphere. The furniture is well selected and fits perfectly with the tones of the apartment. The apartment has a long and wide corridor, furnished with 2 puffs, a table, a built-in cupboard, and a mirror. At the end of the corridor, you will find the bedroom. The bedroom has a separate bathroom, a comfortable high-quality bed, two bed tables with lamps, and a mirror. The bathroom is completely renovated. In general the Puerta del Sol III apartment is very spacious, with many windows and plenty of natural light.
