The Bernabeu Place apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the most fashionable districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offer; important streets such as Príncipe de Vergara, Paseo de La Habana and part of Paseo de la Castellana; and the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, Real Madrid's training base.
This area also has outdoor spaces such as the Berlin Park, the Garden of Fine Arts and the Alfonso XIII Park; imposing and modern office buildings such as the financial center of the four towers.
Its strategic location allows a quick and comfortable connection with the center of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Via).
It is also close to the Chamartín station, with regional and suburban train lines.
The apartment:
This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 6 people is located on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate in the same space the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the room a place to enjoy at any time of the day.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other equipped with a double bed that also has a cozy private balcony. The apartment also has two modern full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The home has internet access and has air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.
The building is undergoing renovation works on the exterior of the property until autumn 2024.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise surveillance system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
