The conditioning works of the property will be carried out until the end of the year.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the beginning of June and, in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM, involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

It has an unbeatable location in Plaza de Cascorro off Calle Duque de Alba, a few metres from Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. Every nook and cranny has been put to good use to offer the utmost in design, comfort and peace and quiet to groups of up to four people. Decorated in pure bohemian chic style, with brightly coloured furniture with ethnic touches, wallpaper and natural materials that will charm guests.
The first room you enter is the living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and double sofa bed. A wall with an opening separates the living room from the sleeping area with bed to create two separate spaces with a degree of privacy.
The apartment has internet access, smart TV, soundproofed windows and air conditioning throughout.

Remember it is not allowed to leave garbage in the apartment. You will be charged 50€ if you leave more than two bags of rubbish in the apartment.

The Puerta del Sol III is a small yet spacious apartment. It has one bedroom with a double bed and the living room also has a double sofa bed thus allowing for a capacity of up to 4 people. The combination of the wall paper and the soft grey colour along with the timber flooring create a very homely atmosphere. The furniture is well selected and fits perfectly with the tones of the apartment.
The apartment has a long and wide corridor, furnished with 2 puffs, a table, a built-in cupboard, and a mirror.
At the end of the corridor, you will find the bedroom. The bedroom has a separate bathroom, a comfortable high-quality bed, two bed tables with lamps, and a mirror. The bathroom is completely renovated.
In general the Puerta del Sol III apartment is very spacious, with many windows and plenty of natural light. The apartment although very central is located on a small and quiet street.
All in all, this apartment is the ideal choice for a pleasant stay in the centre of Madrid.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 250 meters.
