Loft Located in the patio on the ground floor of a quiet building, this loft for four people is a refuge of peace and silence. It is accessed through a patio with garden areas reminiscent of classic Italian patios.
The space consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped to meet daily needs. It has two bedrooms with double beds: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, comfortable and bright, on a second floor or loft with a second full bathroom external to the bedroom.
The living room opens to a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and dining in the evenings with the smell of jasmine.
With WIFI and aerothermal system for heating and air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed at any time of the year.
