This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator.
Entering, on the right hand, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; on the left hand, is the first double bedroom equipped with a double bed.
Next, you can enjoy a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a double sofa bed and dining table.
The night area has two additional double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds decorated with a beautiful design in light colours.
It has a modern bathroom with shower and a toilet.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
