It is only a few minutes’ walk from Puerta del sol, Plaza Mayor and Museo Reina Sofía, three of the city’s must-see sights. Guests will find a wide range of restaurants, including some great tapas bars, as well as cafes, shops and entertainment options, including a cinema showing films in English, all only five minutes’ walk away.

This flat is in a renovated 1950s building where all the apartments are rented out for short-term stays.
The building has a lift and the apartments are equipped with all the latest mod cons to ensure optimal comfort: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet and modern kitchens equipped with all the latest appliances.
The MadVille Attic II apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated to offer guests a relaxing stay. There are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a handy open-plan kitchen. It can sleep six: there is a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. Its decor reflects the latest trends in interior design, with lovely, comfortable and simple furniture in a warm combination of colours and materials, as well as magnificent cement-tile floors in the corridor and bathrooms.
